Subject: Proxy Voting for LCCMR Executive Committee Elections to be held March 4, 2019

The LCCMR has adopted a proxy policy that allows members to proxy their vote for elections. If you can NOT attend the March 4, 2019 meeting and you wish to submit your written proxy, please complete the area below and submit in a sealed envelope addressed to Becca Nash in the LCCMR office, Room 65 State Office Building or email to Becca.Nash@lccmr.leg.mn by 10:00 pm Sunday, March 4.
 
Please realize that you DO NOT vote for a person by using this form. You designate one of your fellow LCCMR members to vote for you. The Director will open the proxy at the meeting and pass it to the named individual, who then casts their own vote and the proxy vote on election issues.

Elections to be completed at the meeting on Monday, March 4, 2019 are as follows:

Tri-Chairs (3): House, Senate, appointed citizen

Tri- Vice Chairs (3): House, Senate, appointed citizen

House and Senate Tri-Vice Chairs will be opposite party (majority/minority) of the elected House and Senate Tri-Chairs.

The citizen members, senate members, and house of representatives members must select their respective chairs.  Elections may be by written ballot.
